Merry Christmas to you too Jill. Thanks for your comment about the embroidered ivy. The wristwarmers do indeed look like yule logs! I must have been having subliminal Christmas thoughts when I made them but they've gone off in the post now so too late. In truth, when they're on you can only see a bit of the hand so any embroidery might have gone unseen. Love all that red and gold spilling out of the box - now that looks really seasonal!
